  • The frequency of consultations depends on your individual needs and treatment plan. Generally, I recommend follow-up appointments every 4-6 weeks initially, but this may vary based on your progress and specific health goals.

  • Yes, I offer email support between appointments to answer any quick questions or provide guidance on your treatment plan. This ensures you feel supported throughout your health journey.

Treatment Plans and Costs FAQs

  • Treatment plans are personalised to your specific needs, health goals, and lifestyle. After our initial consultation, you will receive your treatment protocol within 48 hours which will provide you with a clear plan that outlines your goals/discussion, dietary changes, supplements, herbal remedies, additional testing and lifestyle advice tailored to your situation.

  • Consultation fees vary depending on the length and type of appointment. Please visit the Contact Page for current pricing details or contact me directly for more information.

  • Supplements, herbs, and additional testing are not included in the consultation fee and are charged separately. I will always discuss costs upfront so you can make informed decisions about your treatment.

  • Absolutely. I always provide options based on your budget, commitment level, and any personal preferences. My aim is to offer a range of treatment paths so that you can choose the one that feels most manageable and effective for you.

Testing FAQs

  • Unfortunately functional testing is not covered by Medicare or private health insurance. Additional testing can vary from $100-$500 depending on what is needed.
    These aren’t always necessary, but are always an option.

  • Test results are usually available within 2-3 weeks, depending on the type of test. We will review your results together in a follow-up consultation, where I’ll explain what they mean and how they guide your treatment.

  • Testing is entirely optional. While it can provide valuable insights, I can still offer effective treatment plans based on a thorough consultation and health history.
